A lot of things went into the consideration of making these pistons. We have numerous race and street applications and engines that we build, we have seen what goes wrong in engines and how to improve off every little bit, there has been room for improvement on piston design and setup so we have incorporated those into our street piston.

The Street Pistons are a slightly higher compression then most off the shelf by Wiseco/JE/CP pistons. They also have better clearances for bigger valves, bigger cams.

The design of the piston is great for someone with a stock setup, or even someone wanting to have a nice aggressive street setup. We have also designed elements of the piston that is someone wants to just do pistons and leave there stock valve train in, down the road they can go to an oversized valve or a high lift camshaft and not have clearance issues.
